How Do I cancel my order? Is it possible to cancel my order after it has been charged?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel through mailing us  at customer@nepalpharmacy.com, messaging  or viber us at 9861609412. Please note that in case your order has already been charged or dispatched for delivery, we cannot cancel it.
