We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information (your name, address, email address or credit card information) and we never display or share them with any other person or company. It is used solely by our authorized personnel to operate and process your order.

Even though we make every effort to assure product images on our website are identical to the item you receive, occasionally actual product color may differ from the image shown. We cannot ensure the accurate representation of the product because not all computer monitors may have the same color settings. Please note that product image on our site is for demonstrative purpose only.

Medicine Questions

Yes, all “Prescription needed Medicines”with Rx Sign require a prescription from Nepal medical council registered doctor before we can supply.

Yes. The medications that you purchase at our pharmacy are of the highest quality. The prescription medications we provide are procured from well-recognized pharmaceutical companies such as Ranbaxy, Sun Pharmacy and other global industry giants. They are manufactured under government supervision, prepackaged in factory-sealed blister packs and untouched by human hands.

Generic Drugs, also known as Generics or Generic Medications, are drugs that are marketed without brand names and are considered identical as their brand-name counterparts in all respects such as strength, dose, active ingredients, intended use, route of administration, efficacy, bioavailability and safety.

Yes, all of our generic drugs are procured from the world-renowned manufacturers and thus our generic products meet rigorous specifications and are strictly regulated for safety, quality and potency. By law, generic drugs must be bio-equivalent to brand-drug counterparts.

AVAILABLE:This means that the product is available to order, but is expected to be in stock and deliver in 2 to 3
days.

IN STOCK: This means that the product is currently stocked in our store and is available to be delivered.

  • Yes, but you must have prescription written by Nepal medical council registered Doctor and deliver the medications inside Nepal. We cannot accept international prescriptions. It is illegal to send ANY NHS subsidized prescriptions out of Nepal even if you are a Nepali resident. All prescription medicines sent out of Nepal must be paid for at the private price. You will not be able to place any orders for prescriptions online if you have an address outside of Nepal and will need to contact us via email to arrange this.

Yes. A total of 4 prescriptions can only be uploaded in an order. However, you can upload the remaining prescription(s) in a new order.

Yes, All products are quoted in Nepali Rupees. No, there are no hidden charges in any of our products.

Nepalpharmacy.com currently accepts cash on delivery (COD) payment only.

Nepalpharmacy.com stocks a wide range of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products. However, if you do not find what you need, please feel free to contact our pharmacists by mailing us to ask@nepalpharmacy.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know the availability of the requested medication/products.

Payment & Delivery Questions

  • Nepalpharmacy.com takes greatest possible care in packaging your order. Your order will be delivered by our delivery staff at your doorstep.

Yes, we do deliver our products to any address in Nepal. But currently we deliver our products within Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.

Below are our item-specific Standard Delivery charges:
– All Prescription and non prescription  Drug orders less than Rs. 500: Rs. 49
– For any order value of Rs. 500 or more: FREE Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery payment method by which you can pay for your ordered item(s) in cash when  we deliver the item(s) to you at your delivery address. Soon, we will accept debit and credit card payment including visa and master card too.

We will send you an notification email and message after we confirm and dispatch your order. You may also call us at 9861609412 for latest update and status of your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel through mailing us  at customer@nepalpharmacy.com, messaging  or viber us at 9861609412. Please note that in case your order has already been charged or dispatched for delivery, we cannot cancel it.
